These three models sport a new dial available in khaki, blue or grey as well as a new interchangeable
strap system and an updated self-winding movement.
Water resistant up to a pressure of 30 bar (approximately 300 metres / 1,000 feet), the 42 mm case of the Royal Oak Offshore Diver frames a “Méga Tapisserie” patterned dial with white gold applied hour-markers and Royal Oak hands with luminescent coating.
The diving scale featured on the dial’s inner rotating ring is activated with a unidirectional click mechanism linked to the 10 o’clock crown. The two crowns are crafted in black ceramic.
The sapphire crystal caseback reveals the Calibre 4308’s high-end finishes, including “Côtes de
Genève,” “traits tirés” and circular graining, as well as a new dedicated oscillating weight in blackened 22-carat pink gold.
Beating at the frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vph) and offering 60 hours of power reserve, this new movement features a new instant-jump date indication and is equipped with a patented setting mechanism that improves stability and precision.
With this release, Audemars Piguet is also launching a new interchangeable strap system allowing clients to change the straps and buckles of their new timepieces by themselves with a simple click and release operation.
